Winter Baskets

At Fermes des Quatre-Temps, we strive to demonstrate that it is possible to produce seasonal vegetables twelve months a year in a simple, yet ecological way. By subscribing to a winter basket, you reserve a portion of the winter harvest and will have the chance to discover a variety of organic vegetables produced directly on the farm.

What You’ll Get

  • DURATION

    20 weeks from October 19 to December 21 2024, and from January 25 to March 28 2025.

  • FORMAT

    Each basket is a combination of freshly harvested vegetables from our cold houses (ex: greens, celery, herbs) and storage vegetables from our cold room (ex: roots, squash, onions).

  • PRICE

    Winter baskets cost a total of $700 (a weekly value of $35).

  • PICK UP

    Choose from locations within Montreal and Hemmingford. Refer to the detailed list below.

  • OTHER ITEMS

    You can find our meats, charcuterie, eggs, and processed products in our online store. Simply place an order to add them to your winter basket.

Here is an example of the contents of a winter basket:

  • 1 bunch of radishes

  • 1 bunch of Kale

  • Bekana cabbage shoots (100g)

  • 1 green cabbage

  • 1 celery
