Récolter l’hiver Documentary
In 2023, the farm is featured as one of the three principle producers in the documentary Récolter l’hiver, demonstrating that it is possible to eat local and delicious vegetables all winter long.
Laurier Award Winner
Our chefs fermiers won Best Artisan of the Year at the 2023 Lauriers de la Gastronomie Québécoise.
Le Mondial du Saucisson Winner
In 2023, we brought home four gold medals for our Farm-Style, Black Garlic, Chorizo and All-Beef dry-aged saucisson at the prestigious French competition, the Mondial Rabelais du Saucisson.
